Billing We're excited to offer a 3-day free trial of Membership, allowing you to experience the Membership without any upfront membership payment. If you're satisfied with your trial and choose to continue, your Membership will automatically convert into a paid Plan at midnight on the third calendar day following your initial enrollment. At the start of a paid Plan, we will bill you $29.99 for each 28-day term of the Membership. All membership subscriptions auto-renew and will be charged unless cancelled.

Membership Discount Policy As a member you will have access to exclusive discounts on certain orders.

Cancellation Policy You may cancel your Membership at any time by sending an email to contact@patriotreportnews.com requesting cancellation or by logging into your member portal here. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the pending 28-day term and we will not provide any refunds for the pro rata portion of a Membership cancelled during a term.

If you decide to cancel after your subscription has begun billing, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Membership benefits and unused store credit will be forfeited upon membership cancellation.

Warranty Disclaimer As part of your Membership, we may present or provide written or expressive content to you (the "Content"). You agree that your use of the Content shall be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents, disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Content and your use thereof. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Content or any third-party websites or information linked to or referenced by the Content and assumes no liability or responsibility for any (a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of Content, (b) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Content, (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (d) any interruption or the cessation of transmission of Content (e) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Content by any third-party, and/or (f) any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Content. In the event that you do not consent to any such amendments and/or modifications, your sole recourse shall be to terminate your Membership.

Independent Contractors You and us are independent contractors and nothing herein shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between, or joint venture of, you and us or constitute either party the agent of the other.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By enrolling in Membership, you expressly relieve us or our agents of any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party websites linked to the Website.

Automated Systems You agree not to use or launch any automated system that accesses the Content in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. The parties agree that any and all disputes, claims or litigation arising from or related in any way to this Agreement shall be litigated only in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United States, State of California.
