How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by following these steps:

Log into your account by clicking the profile button at the top right of the home page (near the cart icon).
Enter the email used for your order and enter the login code sent to your email.
Click "Manage subscriptions" on the right side.
Click "Manage this subscription" under the subscription you want to cancel.
Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel subscription" and follow the confirmation steps. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.

Is a subscription required to purchase items?

No — membership is not required. You can order any item as a non-member at regular price with no subscription attached.
